Die Aufgaben
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
- Manage sales department and leads by example the team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Identity new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and revenue
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results, prepare and present regular reports and updates to the hotel management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities
- Represent the hotel and the company at all relevant events, trade fairs, social events; responsible for the planning and implementation of sales promotion activities such as trade fairs, fam trips, customer events etc.
- Customer acquisition in all defined market segments
- Responsible for achieving the budgeted goals and implementing the global Lindner strategies
Das Profil
Personality requirements and skills
We will expect from you:
- Proven sales experience in comparable hotel categories that were also part of an international group
- Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide
- B2B sales experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in English (oral and written)
- Proficiency with POS systems and relevant IT tools
- Knowledge of German language is an advantage. Further foreign language skills are an advantage
- Candidates with education suit the position such as:
- University education (Bachelor's degree)
- University education (Master's degree)
- Completed education in hospitality and significant experience in the sales department of an international business hotel
- Language skills: Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English -Advanced (C1)
- Driving licence (B)
- Experience in the position/sector: Hospitality
